I've used both Geneva Shoe Repair and Greg's. Greg's did a fantastic job on a high-end pair of Bostonians for me. They've both done good work for me, but Greg's had a better sole leather available -- waterproof, from Germany -- wasn't cheap, but they're really nice now.
