Jessica Bourgeois Caldwell, I can't comment on the original post. Will you pass my name and phone number to them. I have the ability to reach over 1600 veterans in Louisiana with one post. One of them even has a barbershop in the New Orleans/Metarie area. My number is 225-454-8586. From Don Vance.

I'd hit up the place they do "Fade the Flow" Sunday's. I'll find the name of the place and get back to you, but they do great work.

The Hair Show on Perkins. Great for men's cuts, and just nice people. Ask for Chrissie.

There's a lady at fantastic sams on Perkins who did an amazing job for me, Chantrelle maybe? I don't think she works weekends though because she told me she's been there for 2? decades and probably has some clout to go with those skills. Edit: wouldn't hurt to call and find out.

I've been going to Troy's Barber Shop & Sue's, 2297 Hollydale Ave, Baton Rouge, LA 70808. Not expensive and I have not been disappointed. I'm not good at comparing barber shops, but I can say they do a great job.

I get my cuts at Tones & Textures off of College Dr and Bennington. Ms. Valerie, one of the stylists there, used to work at SportClips and specializes in men's cuts. She's a wonderful person and has the best post-cut Pommades. Also, at 18 a cut, it includes a hot towel (if you ask) and a wash.

Robert the barber on lee is good. He’s been cutting hair for 30 years.

Aesthetica Salon. The Barber there is the best around. Show him what you want and you’ll get exactly that. Little pricey, but worth it imo.
