Women for women's OBGYN in lake success are great.... They deliver at LIJ they are an all women's practice.... Dr Bell is great. The # is 516-437-4300. Im sorry but I had a had a really bad experience with complete women's in garden city..... Dr dile nna was great but was not the dr on call when I went into labor.... The dr on call never came in to see me despite my asking and wasn't even around to deliver my baby. My baby was delivered by a resident w/o gloves and against my wishes. I would never use them!!!!! Agreed Kelly but she definitely needs to stay away from Hempstead which literally borders GC... I accidently drove through it on my way home from dance school in Garden City and I was shocked how bad it got over the passed few years.

Dr. Mesbah OB/GYN right in town Stewart Av Garden City extremely knowledge and great bedside manner.

Another vote for Dr. Seth Plancher! Easygoing and the office staff and nurses are great as well. Dr. Plancher delivered my baby girl 5 weeks early in May of last year. Some anecdotes about how awesome they are there in regards to patient relationships: he met my mom once when she was out here for a visit (my fam lives in WA state) and still at every appt he asks about her and we talk about the Seahawks and football in general, and their staff knows I'm a very hard "stick" when it comes to taking blood so they always do it in my hand and it goes perfectly. I've never been to any dr's office that makes me feel so valued as a patient.

You're going to want to get in to a good school district. Wetbury not so much. Rockville Centre is good just make sure it's the rvc sd. Wherever you're looking just mention it and I'm sure we'll all let you know smile emoticon

Agreed...don't look in Hempstead! Rockville centre is very nice and excellent schools! The Salisbury section of westbury is good...that being said, stick with the others we mentioned!

If you think you're going to be staying where you first settle, then school district matters far more than if you plan to move in a few years' time when your baby is ready for school. The Avalon Apartments in Garden CIty and Rockville Centre all allow pets, and have nice amenities as well. I love dr bell at women for women obgyn in new hyde park. Our pediatrician is great too, but in Rockville centre, not too far (maybe about 10-15 mins) but you may want something right in garden city and Im sure there are wonderful pediatricians close by. If you dont mind going to Rockville Centre, the doctors are Pediatric Professionals of long island, all 3 docs are moms, and the staff there is great too. They always take us same day for a sick/problem visit, docs always c/b for an after hours call. You can try liapartment finder, or apartmentfinder.com I think for pet friendly, also google pet friendly rentals long island, I know Ive seen the site but dont remember the web address.

I hate almost every doctor that I see because I do not feel like they listen to me or take my concerns seriously. other than Chancellor's doctor she is my favorite. The only OB I would recommend is Ryan Dickerson at woman's hospital. He is very natural friendly and supportive of your birth choices. I don't know if he does circumcisions or not but when I was pregnant with my son the subject was never brought up and after he was born he never asked. I will ask some doulas if they know of any just to make sure.

Amanda Ingall in Alexandria does my do them. Honestly, I'm switching to a midwife.

Dr. Hardey doesn't do them. He tells you to have the pediatrician do it if you really want it done.

Dr. Lenny Lovejoy at your service... I have played a doctor in the movies. lol

Hmmmm. Call Dr Koobehi. He was my dr for my augmentation. He can prob do it or refer you to someone. He's the most amazing dr ever!!

Dr Renee Harris comes on Tuesday and is very nice

mine is in Zachary, Dr. Best and he goes to Dr. Dean's office once a week.
