Second Petit Grocery! Eater NOLA is a great resource for finding restaurants by neighborhood and their recs are reliable in my experience. I also love Parasol's for poboys. It's not on Magazine, but isn't too far to walk over. It's in the Irish Channel. The Bull Dog Pub has a fabulous courtyard if the weather is nice, though I've only ever had drinks there (they have a fab selection.)

Oporto is good, but it is Portuguese. Mi Luna in the Rice Village is tapas oriented. Have been there a couple of times, and had good experiences. I wouldn't hesitate to go to either, but would consult the menu to determine what suited my taste the best.

Mi Luna has always sucked. Meson is not Spanish. Never been to Tango & Malbec...

Agree with Dana, Mi Luna is not good Spanish. Tango Malbec is Argentine. Costa Brava in Bellaire is very good.
