Not a dermo, but I have heard very good things about Dr. Wen from Hampton Veterinary Hospital out east. I've never been to him but one friend swears by him. I think he is a holistic vet (but mixes w/ western medicine). Might be worth a shot.

Going back to Dr H tomorrow and decided to go try out Zignature Trout Limited Ingredient and see if it helps at all. She has been on Z/d for almost two years with little improvement.
