I want to thank all of you for your help. I am overwhelmed with your kindness. John Brickel I did give it the college try. Yes, just tightened everything and temporarily resolved the problem. Thank goodness for my friends. A friend of mine who is the h andiest guy I know is coming over to make sure there are no future problems. I have worked with Ron from American Plumbing. Plan on calling him for a root cleaning in my pipes out front. Keep warm everybody!
