Go to Italian Cobbler on Clague. I took mine to the one by Bay Lane's, waited weeks and never heard from them. Went back to see what was up and shoes were on the floor, right where they put them on the day I gave them to them. Italian Cobbler is very professional and gets it done for a reasonable price.
