The rumor mill continues...
We've received information from several reliable sources that Five Guys Burgers & Fries is looking to build a restaurant in the Boundary...
Kylemisty L. replied:
Of all the "fast food" restaurants there are, Five Guys isnt really all that much "fast food" as McDonalds and all those chains.. Five Guys actually only serves FRESH food.. unlike all these other "fast food" places. They NEVER serve Frozen food, Heck, they dont even own freezers in their stores. And, the oil they use is healthier than most other places too because they use peanut oil whereas most fast food places use vegetable oil. Not to mention, their food tastes WAY better than these other places too. If I had to choose between McDonalds, Hardees, Burger King, Sonic, Dairy Queen and Five Guys... Five Guys would win Hands down. http://www.fiveguys.com/about-us.aspx

I've only eaten there once, in Charleston. The grease factor grossed me out so I'm not interested in one. I love Fat Patties and, at night, Maggie's Pub and Eatery. Quality beef at both places.
Lynne D. replied:
Fat Patties is actually better than Five Guys but I won't eat at either. If I want a really good burger, I go to Luther's or Old Bull Tavern.
Suzanne T. replied:
Five Guys HSS great burgers. I love Fat Patties, but its not on the beaten path for tourists. They'll go to 5 Guys and leave Patties for us.

I've stayed at the Monte Carlo several times. I enjoyed it because it wasn't so huge that you got lost. Definitely go see one of the Cirque Di Soleil shows. I saw the O show at the Bellagio. The Paris Buffet is awesome as well as the RIO buffet but that place is off the strip.
