I guess it really depends on what needs to be done. I tried half a dozen carpet cleaners when our bengal decided he owner our upstairs loft and sprayed everything. My house smelled like a urinal. Every carpet cleaner that came seemingly did the job, only for the odor to kick back up once the carpet and pad had dried. I ended up discovering a local guy named Troy Goodman who owns Chem Dry in Cherry Valley. He has this amazing product called purt that decrystalized the urine and successfully removed any to all odor. Additionally, his regular cleaning is just as good when I'm not faced with a cat urine issue. He is hands down the best I know of and trust me, I've tried several. His number is: (951) 306-9864
