We are currently under contract for a home in South Tampa as well- so hello new neighbor! We just finished out our inspection process and used John Astl from Beryl Project Engineering. We used them for general inspection, Wind Mitigation report, and 4 Point inspection. Communication was great from the home office and from him directly. Highly recommend!
