Does anyone have Suggestions for waterproof gloves and shoe covers for regular shoes?

When it gets cold enough that I want waterproof gloves, I use mountaineering shell gloves over cycling gloves. The shells aren't padded or insulated, they're just the waterproof outer layer. That means you can wear whatever gloves are comfortable under them, and you don't wear out the waterproofing when you wash the inner gloves to get rid of glove funk. I've had mine forever, this isn't the exact model, but it looks close: http://amzn.to/1L9 a2 nE

These are the best. They keep my feet dry in cold winter rain and warm! I've used them down to 10 degrees without issues. http://www.amazon.com/Gore-Bike-Wear-Gore-Tex-Overshoes/dp/B003RZPKZA/ref=sr_1_1?s=sporting-goods&ie=UTF8&qid=1444263051&sr=1-1&keywords=Gore+Bike+Wear+Men%27 s+Road+Gore-Tex+Thermo+Overshoes

I have a range of gloves, but few are really waterproof save for my coldest-weather ones. Even they get sweaty inside if it's warmer than 20F and I'm working hard. Bar-Mitts seem to be a nifty idea. I haven't tried them, but others who sometimes contribute here can chime in: http://www.barmitts.com/
