I would like to propose Neuroblastoma UK (https://www.neuroblastoma.org.uk). It isn't a local charity, however Neuroblastoma is a horrid type of rare cancer with a relapse rate of 70% and comes back worse second time (some people may be familiar with it because of Bradley Lowry). We were recently told that our daughter has it, however thankfully recent tests indicate that she may have it's a cousin which is significantly more friendly. Last Thursday we had a 12 hr operation to remove some of the tumour and whilst being in Addenbrookes we have met others from Bedfordshire with Neuroblastoma. Just a suggestion to add to the mix ....
