Would thoroughly recommend Croft Kitchen in Biggleswade. In a most unlikely location, but almost worthy of a Michelin star. The Guardian reviewed it and sang it's praises, run by 2 young brothers, one front of house, the other the chef. Look at their website. If not, The Plough at Bolnhurst is very good.
