It is rolled out...in a sheet. Never heard it referred to as flat?? lol I like buttercream too. Just think fondant is prettier. IDK...just have been getting it for years. When I did cakes...did not use fondant. Oh well...will see. Bel Air bakery does a good job. Just want to try something different.

Remember Robin Dansberger from Ebenezer? She has cake business called Cakealicious.. Facebook page with that name. Haven't used, just passing along info. Pix are cute! Also, Wegmans cakes are really good . There is a whipped cream frosting option that is really good. - not yucky sweet!
