Dr. Fernando Vale is an excellent neurosurgeon, his office is next to Tampa General, he has the best accreditations and reviews. I don't know about what insurance is accepted. 813-259-0605 is the office number.

Clarification he has been turned sown because so far it does not seem that any surgeons are working with Hills. Co. Health Insurance he needs treatment very soon his mom had to quit her job to take care of him really we are looking for a medical provider to help him with the insurance that he has!!!
