Gotta say - Dr. Energy came in June, did an audit and did a lot of sealing of air leaks especially in basement/attic, and added insulation...as cold as it's been, even being an end unit on the north side, temps inside did not drop below 58 and heat hasn't been on for a week at least.

Williams Heating and A/C in Edgewood is who put the system in my house when it was new. I have always had them service everything and they have always treated me right.

Joe it was like Operation Icicle couple layers and the space heaters going. neighbor offered a place to stay but we were good. it only got down to 42.
