Anyone recommend any cheap workspaces in Belfast that is actually quiet and you can get work done? Coffee shops are proving too noisy these days.

I've started working in pubs during the day. They tend to be a lot quieter than coffee shops until around 5 ish, and loads have WiFi and all now. Find one that does coffee or drink non alcoholic beer. Or just drink normal beer, fuck it, whatever works.

Central Library in town is good. Also, the Peter Froggatt centre at QUB is useful during the summer months as practically all rooms are free, although you will need to provide your own internet!

Blick Studios. Desks are £150 PM. If you want free, The Mac is absolutely fantastic.
