Sorry if this post is too late! Depends on what you are close to. I went to a L'Oreal place on Gundalićev Venac. The girl spent forever on my cuticles (hurt a little) but they looked very nice after! It did take about 1.5-.75 hrs though and I didn't even get a pedicure. (There was a girl sitting next to me getting some creative gel nails and they turned out really good.) Recommendations from others were Fiji Secrets, Wizard Salon in Novi Beodrad on goce delceva, and Jasmine nail bar on the top floor of the shopping center zira.
