Jonathan, are you looking for a builder or just someone to redraw your plans? Any experienced Builder can do alterations without having to redraw plans, not a big deal. Bella Vista requires the correct square footage so they can base their cost of the permit. Bumping out a wall here or there two feet is easy. The guy drawing your plot lines needs to know the exact square footage Etc. My husband's is a Builder. You can talk to him if you want to Leith Nickel 479-640-4625. Nickel Custom Homes, Inc. As Wendi Londagin Nickel said I would look for a builder that employs a draftsman. My experience with an architect was an extreme experience in frustration and they moved at a sloth-like pace.
