Had a small issue, not related to the install, shaortly after that, and they came right out, fixed it, no charge, because they admitted they should have checked that while they were here, originally. Would definitely use them again, if needed.

One of our springs blew a few years ago and we used Overhead Door Company in Springdale. They were quick to get out and the price wasn't horrible. Some local repairmen didn't want to touch it due to the liability..
