Sorry to hear that - kind of takes the smile out of all of those "Hay! I'm Crissie Everett ..." ads on TV. This is why car dealers have such a bad rep. Like Fletcher's near the Pineville Walmart advertising on their big billboard "Oil Change - $28.95! Any make - Any model!" and then I find out my ordinary Honda CR-V will be "a little extra" because it takes a small synthetic blend (0-20); "a little extra" being about $50 extra. Even the general manager there promised me the $28.95 price for life, but the Service Manager refused and said "I don't work for him!". Yeah, 0-20 oil is the same price as all the other oil at Walmart, but not at Fletcher's! I even offered to walk up there and get the oil for them, but no - clearly, it's a scam. Again, sorry for you, but not surprised!
