P & P near Allen's Foods is the only one that I know of that uses the liners disposable liners so no one is putting their feet into a tub that someone else has just used. Even if they do clean it out - there's still a chance you could pick up something. I was just at PT Nails last weekend and there were 4 ladies getting pedicures and there were no liners in the tubs. But I know for sure that P & P uses them.

Gail Price Brashinger, Pnp nails uses liners. They are next to Allen's. I'm not sure about brand new tools but you could call and ask. They do a great job! Love that place!
