You always need to check if the contractor you choose is licensed and insured, unfortunately there are some who don't follow the law whether it's strict or not. I just had Rick Price build my home in Bella Vista. I couldn’t be happier. We built long distance ( was living in Illinois) and traveled back and forth. Built what WE wanted, not what he wanted. Absolute quality!!!!!! Clean work site, was on site everyday. Excellent communication with us. Very fair pricing. Easy to work with.Bella Vista has LOTS of rules and restrictions, which slowed us up getting started, but once we got thru that, the house went up quick. Can’t say enough good about his work, you won’t be disappointed. His # is 479-685-1429

Linda Palmer Shufelt fences require a city building permit and an ACC permit. Make sure you know where your lot lines are. Don't use a builder who doesn't include them in your bid.
