Would be very skeptical any deck product with lifetime warranty, especially on low quality treated lumber. Fine Paints Of Europe had deck paint, $100.00 gallon they warrantied 4 years.

Starr Allen, Bella Vista specifically prohibits horizontal cabling on decks. Can do it vertical, but that's pretty rough and time-consuming.
