I took my weed eater "four stroke" to Vaughn Small Engine Repair" in Bella Vista....to get the gas lines replaced. The motor before that had always started on the first pull...ALWAYS! He calls me and says "I got your lines replaced but It will not start"! I got my weed eater and asked him "you put regular gas in it right"? He said angrily "no I always put mixed gas in everything it won't hurt them"! I guess that is why the manufacture states "do not mix gas with oil" on a four stroke and on a two stroke it states to "mix the gas".....

I've used Bates Small Engine in Bentonville for 20 yrs. Honest, affordable. He's usually busy and it might take a week for the repair.

We had the same problem. We took it to Bates repair shop in Bentonville. Never used them before, so can't say good or bad. Suppose to be ready to pick up by next week. We shall see.
