The main retina surgeon in NWA used to be Dr. Sharp. He has since retired, but another doctor is in his same practice doing the same procedures now. I apologize I can remember the new doctor's name

Our daughter had that surgery in Sept by Dr. Lance Henry - Advanced Dermatology in Fayetteville. 479-718-7546 Unfortunately, her cancer was center face- cheek. It's been 6 months and it's looking good.
Chelsea D. replied:
Dr. Lance Henry with Advanced Dermatology was the only Mohs surgery certified surgeon in the area when my husband had the Mohs surgery. We found him to be very unpersonable but we were happy with the results. I believe there is another doctor(and may be more that I don't know of) that performs them in this area now but I can't think of his name.
Does anyone have a Great Vet. who is a "Board Certified Surgeon" that can do a "Cruciate Surgery" known as "TPLO"?
Someone other than Hancock or The Village Veterinary...

Lora B. replied:
I recently had a complete shoulder replacement done by Dr. Heizelmann in Fayetteville. I have had very little pain so recomment him, but he operated on me in NW Hospital in Springdale and I'll NEVER go back to that hospital. Won't go into details, but it was an awful experience.
Looking for recommendations for hip replacement surgeon.
Joyce C. replied:
Dr Hanby. Fayetteville
Elaine C. replied:
Dr. Hanby in Fayetteville. He only does hips and knees. He replaced both my knees, and both hips of my friend. The anterior repair has a quicker recovery, but my understanding is that the surgery has a greater danger. If you choose it, get someone with a lot of experience.
Corrine C. replied:
Dr Maline Bentonville. He does the latest procedure. I was up and waking without a cane in 2 weeks!
Laurel M. replied:
Dr Hanby did mine!
Kay S. replied:
Dr. Hanby at Ozark Orthopedic in Fayetteville is the best there is in NWA. He's the doctor that all of the other orthopedic doctors send their tough cases to.
