I'm a travel agent. I would check with Regions bank in Rogers, or Arvest. They should be able to help you but it might take several days to get the currency. When I travel abroad, I usually wait until I get in country to exchange my money. I just go to the closest place and get a small amount of money (just enough for a taxi etc) then I go to a bank once I get settled and exchange it there. Or just use your debit/credit card and the exchange rate will show up on the statement. Good luck.
