However, our monthly home pest program is 299 for the year. We have an infestation package to help specifically for things like this for 160. ⬅️ That's not a monthly program, rather a one time deal, but we've had a lot of success with it, and with your help as the homeowner you should be able to eliminate the problem. I had the same issue where off cycle I found two black widows in my garage. They came out for free and thoroughly searched my garage and stayed for spiders. They can only spray for what they see, but they do text reminders and will respond quickly if you contact them.

Peppermint oil mixed with distilled water in a spray bottle. On window sills, door frames, beds, closets...etc for the inside so safe for kids and pets. We also treat every 3 months with Ortho Home Defense on the outside of the windows and door frames.
