Id stick build it. Metal buildings are way overpriced for what they are. They might entice you with the cheap price. But you will be looking at way more after you figure in concrete foundation, slab, backfill, electric, etc, etc. Plus you can match Your house with a stick built. And if its a shop you are going to be spending a lot of time in. Its worlds better in terms of insulation, sound resistance, and structural integrity. Your boy right here can hook you up. If its something that can wait least a month, or anytime this winter. ill beat any other contractors price by 10% and I'm fully insured. Plus I do it all. You wont get slapped with a $2500 bill from an electrician after a "carpenter" throws it together. And a $4500 bill after a conctete guy pours a slab. That is going to crack because he poured it wet to make it easy on himself. I know a guy who just paid "clover" $80 k for 60 x100 unfinished. included the lot at $30, but still, No electric, no concrete, no anything except the door. And the craftsmanship is just awful. Next time you are in an metal building with a unfinished interior, look at how they are constructed. If you want give me a call. For any advice. And if you want to stick build and not get fucked. Hit me up.

I don't know what you need done but Dave Braden from church is a contractor and does excellent work. He completely gutted our kitchen and installed new cabinets flooring, etc. We are extremely pleased with his work.
