I am not sure if you can find one person to do both.... ;-) We use Angie's List to find specialists... Stanley Steamer does an adequate job...I tried Maize Blue Ann Arbor Cleaners..they were fantastic; however, they were expensive...they somehow brought life back to the old carpet (13 years old)..they use a different kind of cleaning machine / never saw it before. We do our own painting...good luck
