I took my mountain bike to three different mechanics in the area and none of them were able to fix the problem...until I took it to Lewis & Clark. The head mechanic (can't remember his name at the moment) actually listened to me when I told him it need more than a tune up. He replaced my bottom bracket for cheap and threw in a couple extra services for free.
