Ben Perry came over to have a look, great guy, summed it up to condensation from the temporary rubber tiles I had over it (gym tiles), didn't feel or look like anything else. Going to try a few things to confirm before putting carpet down, but wasn't overly concerned with it. No visible staining on foundation walls or floors between wall and foundation wall. Will continue to monitor.

It’s wild this far into the pandemic you still can’t get n95 s. I can’t find them either. You’d think production would’ve ramped up by now.

You might wanna try 3M’s sales department, if he has a contractors license he might be able to get a direct corporate account. You’d typically get a sales rep to work with, discounts, and tax documents.

Good luck. My company is supposed to have N95 masks available for our production employees and we haven’t been able to source N95 masks for several months.
There are similar standards from other countries such as the KN95 mentioned in this thread or the FPP2 EU standard.
Only N95 certified manufacturers can make N95 masks so there is a supply bottle neck for melt blown fabrics at those manufacturers (who largely contract from manufacturers in Chine who also make KN95, FPP2)
Both KN95 and N95 regulations are very similar and we have moved to using KN95 and FPP2 masks.
We have also had some luck with non-disposable respirators that use disposable filters. If your partner needs filtration everyday for 4+ hours a day a respirator may be worth the investment as they offer superior fit and pressure offset(breath-ability)

Try McMaster Carr I had good luck buying them there a few weeks ago with 2 day shipping they where about 35 bucks for a pack of 10 Moldex.

It has been a pain in the ass trying to find a pair of N95 s for me also so I went ahead and purchased some KN95 s which are the Chinese standard equivalent and they have been working great for filtering out the smokey air and for when I'm making quick run to the grocery store. Good luck. https://www.rollingstone.com/product-recommendations/lifestyle/n95-vs-kn95-masks-1044184/

If he can use KN95's, emigh's or ace hardware has them in stock. I encourage you to research the difference between N95 and KN95 as it seems to only be one is certified to be used in the American healthcare industry and the other (KN95) is certified in China. Might have slight difference in filter but both should be okay for smoke and landscaping. Good luck.

I’ve been able to find KN95 masks at a store called Home Building Supply on Franklin near Fruitridge. KN95 masks apparently have the same PM 2.5 filtering capability but have different straps. Instead of going around the head, they strap around the ears like surgical masks.

I checked local inventory on several different lines of N95 s at Grainger. They’re out of stock on everything I checked, but this one model will be back in stock in a couple weeks. Maybe you can get some back ordered. https://www.grainger.com/mobile/product/GRAINGER-APPROVED-Disposable-Respirators-56JZ89?searchQuery=56JZ89 I can’t believe we are so far into this pandemic and N95 s are still so hard to get.
How's Costco's washer and dryer quality? What about install service? Is it actually a decent deal? Looking to replace an ancient washer and dryer. Know absolutely...

We just purchased the lg 7600 w/d set and the install and delivery was easy and they cleaned up and hauled the old units away. We went with the lg units after researching other models in the same price range. Unless you're buying miele or high-end brands most reviews are hit and miss

I bought a washer and dryer separately in the past year. I'd absolutely go through Costco again. Their delivery people came, hauled the old appliances down my stairs and hauled the new ones up and installed them. I just stood around awkwardly as they did their work lol. The delivery was probably a bigger factor than the price of the appliances themselves, granted the price was on par with other appliance retailers.
For the record I went with Maytag after doing my homework. I don't know the models but I got the commercial quality versions (not sure if this is a gimmick or not). I got a warranty on my washer but not my dryer after some inner reflection made me realize the price of the extended warranty was likely about the same as just hiring a tech to do the repair.

I love the washer I got from Costco a couple of years ago. Very easy to deal with and I bought a refrigerator from them this spring.

I personally had a great experience. Got a GE set and the delivery and install was seamless. The extra warranty that’s available also gives peace of mind. No complaints.
