My daughter's friend recently delivered cupcakes from Cupcakin' to all her friends on her own birthday. :-) They may have been the best cupcakes I've ever had. There's a location on Telegraph near campus and one in Swan's Market. [https://cupcakinbakeshop.com/](https://cupcakinbakeshop.com/)

I walk past [It's All Good](https://www.yelp.com/biz/its-all-good-bakery-oakland) on MLK and 56 th every morning; they are definitely still open, but I think they have adjusted hours.

Just read about [Sugar Sweet Oakland ](https://sugarsweetoak.com) if you’re near there. You can order ahead and do curbside pick up or delivery.

I love Sweet Adeline in Berkeley. You need to order at least 4 days in advance, and probably need more notice than that for a holiday, so I would reach out to them sooner than later.

Cupcakin https://cupcakinbakeshop.com/ They sell cupcakes in their bakery, but you can order a 6" cake ahead of time. There flavors are super yummy! We're ordering a cake from them for a birthday in a couple weeks.
I need a bakery recommendation! I'm looking for a place that sells potica (nut rolls). Anything Slovenian, Hungarian, or even Polish would be great. Thanks!

If you are in SF there are some interesting spots in Outer Richmond.

I just looked up Potica, and it looks pretty similar to German "Nussrollen". I know looks and all may be deceptive, but in case it's similar enough, check out Esther's in Mountain View. They may not always have it, but I have seen those there.

If San Francisco is an option you could check out New World Market on Geary and 21 st. And almost right across there's a Russian bakery.

Please come back and post your results! Also, there's something called "Slovenia House" on Potrero and I don't know if it's a bakery, an event venue or what but my Slovenian uncle is a big potica fan.

Depending where in the bay area you are, the Slavic Shop is located in San Jose. I've only been there once and it was a while ago. Here's their website: http://www.slavicstores.com/

There's a place in Pueblo, CO that makes killer potica...Janessa's Gourmet Potica Co, and she ships. There's a website or you can call.
