Is Raiya ok? Try calling our family friends Bruce & Laura Presnick, 925-609-9355. I don't think they work on children but. They are very involved in their community so I'm sure they must know of one. I'll text you Laura's cell as well in case you want to contact her directly. Usually an office assistant answers they phone.

The Joint does Walk-ins only. There is rarely a wait despite the no-appt system. There's only a few in East Bay but one in Berkeley on Telegraph near Oakland. https://www.thejoint.com/locations?lat=37.8043514&lng=-122.2711639&search=Oakland%2C+CA%2C+USA

Onsight chiropractic in Berkeley near 4 th St. I’ve been to many, they are the best. They mix in massage and PT plus have fitness and other services.
Cat4lyst replied:
Have you ever looked into a osteopathic doctor?
withak30 replied:
Chiropractors won't "fix" your messed-up back, if you have a medical problem then you need to go to a real doctor. If you just have strained muscles or something like that then the chiropractor will probably make you feel better since everyone feels better after a massage, but there are cheaper ways to get a massage.

Personally, I have suffered from chronic neck pain for many years, and it wasn’t until recently that I was diagnosed with cervical spondylosis - which is a degeneration of the discs between your spine. The pain has caused me many sleepless nights for the past decade, and I find myself having to pop painkillers every so often just to curb the pain. However, at the start of this year as I was looking for natural remedies and solutions to my problem, I chanced upon this cervical traction device which I thought of sharing with anyone who has chronic neck and back pains like myself. Instead of spending thousands of dollars at the chiro, this device has been a life-saver - it only required me to put it on for 10 mins a day, and the pain has been significantly reduced. I no longer suffer from headaches and migraines as well. For anyone interested, here’s the link (not affiliated to them in any way - just thought of putting out there to share a solution that has worked for me to anyone battling neck and back pains): [https://www.the-orthorelief.com](https://www.the-orthorelief.com/)
Does anyone have any recommendations for a good Chiropractor in Berkeley/Oakland? I've been a lot of pain this past week and I need to do something about it soon.
