We've gone here a few times http://www.yelp.com/biz/uni-eleganza-and-uni-tailor-berkeley nothing beaded, but judging by the rack of clothes waiting to be picked up they do a big variety of work. There's another one in the same area with good reviews in yelp - you could stop in both and interrogate about beading.
