Ashley Colemen hires would-be plumbers for training not infrequently. Often on the Bet Shemesh list. He has a team. I would also recommend Joshua Strahl, but from what he has told me it is not a gold mine.

Marian Paroo is correct. Take home (net net) is less than half of the clients' bill. And I know of no plumber who can bill 180 hrs per month. Yo make a living. If you're conscientious and care about your clients (and a long-term relationship with your clients and your family) you'll make less. If you're cut-throat: in-and-out fast / maximum billing you'll make more, but your reputation will suffer.
