Hi Cheryl- Unfortunately false negatives are common with Sjögren’s because there’s not one single test to diagnose Sjögren’s & why the SSF is funding new novel diagnostic research. Below is information about diagnosing Sjögren’s and SSF support group contacts if you want to talk to local patients in your area. You can always email the SSF if you have any questions at info@sjogrens.org. http://www.sjogrens.org/home/about-sjogrens-syndrome/diagnosishttp://www.sjogrens.org/home/get-connected/support-groups/us-support-groups
