Go to repairclinic.com. You can troubleshoot the problem and order the part. They have step by step directions. Or you can probably get the part at Sears appliance outlet in Catty behind the airport. I've fixed our appliances several times.

Parkway fixed it the last time and I think it is the same issue. Whirlpool Appliances suck.

Ours would not fill with water, but just agitated. Estimate was same price as new washer. We used Bethlehem supply on broad St. But ours was 16 yrs old
