Check with the funeral home, a lot of them will list local florists they work with on their website I'm sorry for your loss

I used to work at a high end florist in Philadelphia and we were a part of the [Bbrooks](https://www.bbrooks.com/) network. You order through the website and they'll dispatch it out to a reputable florist near your delivery address, so it's definitely pricier and you won't know what shop it's coming from till it arrives, but it'll be a much higher quality arrangement than anything the mainstream sites would send out.
