Hello, I want to treat my daughter (and me!) when she has finished her A levels as she's worked so hard. Can anyone recommend a spa day /afternoon? I've been looking on...

The best day spas I think are Aqua Sana at Center Parcs. There's the new one at Woburn now so that's not too far. That's definitely the best I've been too (including henlow grange champneys, Y spa at wyboston lakes) As Jill above mentioned, there are lots of different rooms, steam rooms and saunas, foot spas, a great pool, water beds, lounge area. I've never felt the need to even book a treatment as I could spend all day in the rooms. You can get day access to Center Parcs if you have booked a day in the spa- you don't have to be staying there. It really is fab!
