Hi all, what dentist would you recommend for a very, very nervous patient ? Thanks
Joanne A. replied:
Alba and BDC are opposite each other. I still see Dr Adrian at BDC and highly rate him but kids are at Notley because I prefer their orthodontics procedure. Both are superb in my opinion.
Janice W. replied:
Noel House is the best I've found.
Joanne A. replied:
I second Great Notley dentist, superb with nervous adults and kids both.
Jen M. replied:
We were recommended here and they have been excellent so far: http://www.essexdentalclinic.co.uk/
Janice W. replied:
I see Ushna Amin at Noel House - she was recommended by three people and is really lovely and gentle. www.noelhousedentalsurgery.co.uk. ☺️

I second the Essex Dental Clinic. Louise (who is the practice principle) is fantastic, so are the hygienists and other staff. I followed Louise from her previous surgery and wouldn't let anybody else touch my teeth (or my 4 yr old's).

I go to Butler Road dental surgery in Halstead. It's a little further out but I could recommend it enough. The dentists and reception staff are lovely and your looked after so well. My dad started going there and was recommend as was petrified of injections., but now he's not fussed by them! I just had my wisdom teeth out too and was so quick I didn't realise he had finished that soon. Highly recommended xx

Dominic Finn in Maldon is amazing
Georgia W. replied:
I HATE the dentist, I went in January after not going for 5 years and I went to R Patel & Associates. The dentist was lovely when I told him how nervous I was:) http://www.nhs.uk/Services/dentists/Overview/DefaultView.aspx?id=22585

Hi, can anyone recommend a good dentist locally taking Nhs patients? What do people think of the one on Great Notley? Thx in advance.
Sarah R. replied:
We see Rikki Toor at the local Dentist. He is very good with the children.
Clare M. replied:
We go to Braintree Dental Centre in Braintree (opp Sainsbury's carpark) they are fantastic. Didn't think much of the ones here in the village as they ended up doing damage to my teeth (and it cost me £450!) X
Sarah J. replied:
We have Antony Power at gt notley who does a lot of the nhs patients and he is great
Christina H. replied:
Braintree dental studio is good on notley but when I was in there the other day the lady said their full for NHS. She was telling people to try again next month x
Lisa L. replied:
Horn Mews in town down the side of Costa. Not sure if they are taking NHS patients on though.

Dr Sanei at Braintree Dental Centre, Coggeshall Rd (opp Sainsbury's car park) has always been so kind and patient with my daughter who often had tears waiting to go in then would get very distressed in the actual room.
can anyone please recommend a local dentist? Hoping they will remove a wisdom tooth...

Victoria at Horn Mews Dental Practice next to Costa in town (down alleyway) is brilliant, I've been going to her for years and wouldn't use anyone else.
