I was going to go with Skin Fantasy in Burnley but I now know better and know that they are god awful and should be avoided at all costs! I have all mine done at Blood, Sweat and Tattoos in Colne now but I don't think Dicky would use white ink, I wanted my chinese cat doing in white and he wouldn't do it x
