Derivaties market can be there to cover/hedge your long positions. People in the markets big or small, so called professional or whoever do it all the time. Companies like Plus 500 and especially the IG Group provide access a market that wasn't there to Joe Public some 10 years ago. Joe Public may have more if not greater ability than regulated authorities/bodies. I remember 19/10/1987. Being regulated didn't assist.

What does the regulator know about Herbalife? Ok, Herbalife's a share with a 1 Billion traded option attached. However as can be seen from to-night short sqeezes certainly drives it up. If Kenneth and his Herbalife pals get on the right side of the tra de are they really going to complain to the regulator for being right!?! They sell Herbalife every day surely they must know more about the Company than any regulator? Do Herbalife distributors 'trade on the margin' through Plus 500 or the IG Group? Fight fire with fire. Herbalife will obtain US regulatory clearance sometime. Concerned though about their annual accounts at the end of the month. FX headwinds and more South American write-offs. Certainly UK doing alright. Then there is Russia - Putin - it's an American company. Maybe Herbalife distributors should compalin to the Government about the Regulators ristrictive influences. Why shouldn't Kenneth get paid for share advice he knows more about them than Barclays. Few years ago I asked Barclays Wealth in Glasgow about them as there Wall Street Branch had started recommending March 2012. 7 or 8 years too late. The Glasgow Branch hadn't a clue. I've been aware of Herbalife since Nov 1987. In it's second coming 16/12/2004 at $7 - super ride up for client's until 1/5/2012. Much harder now. Can always sell forward. But it still seems to gain distributors though. Still makes pots of profits, growth has slowed and may go backwards before going forward but never back to the % growth of the past. I know which my client's preferred - RBS or Herbalife or Herbalife !!!!!!!!!!! If they go bust then so does Kenneth along with the rest. This will never happen. Any views appreciated.
