My son goes to Dr. Groisser in Nutley as well. I usually have the 6 am appt and he is to school on time and I don't miss any work! I wish all doctors had those hours!!

Dr Marvin Chiumento mountainside Hackensack cancer center...don't b turned off by the word cancer..he is very good and I just got back from his office. He is there and in Morristown...don't have to wait. 973 744 8000

Thanks everyone! I appreciate how many people took the time to comment. Dermatology group or anyone affiliated is a No-Go in my book - I've had too many unprofessional experiences there. Dr Rabner's & Dr Marvin Chiumento sounds like good bets. I'll check the insurance they accept.

The Dermatology group that Dr. Groisser is in? Unprofessional? Just curious! Everyone is entitled to an opinion, so if it is that group, I would understand!

I switched from Groisser years ago because I couldn't wait 90 minutes for an appointment. Seriously?! Over booked = greed to me. And then they would always try to sell me something. I go to Dr. Janine Downie in Montclair. She is great...and I never have to wait more than a few minutes.

Dr. Groisser...he's really great. If you make an appointment during the day be prepared to wait as he is VERY busy. I used to go at 6 am because I was in and out quickly. He is worth the wait though! Been to Dr. Ligresti and he didn't do anything for me. So I guess it depends on the reason for your visit.

Dr. Groisser. However, as Ana-Maria stated, be prepared to wait.....and wait! He is the best!

I have been to both Dr. Eastern (extremely long wait) and Dr. Rabner (no personality, felt very rushed and disregard for what my concerns were). Currently use a guy in Caldwell, but we are switching to Dr. Gold in Clifton. He comes with very high recommendations.

Rodolfo Rodgee S. Cao-The Dermatology group are good and accept most insurance. Jeanine Downey of www.imagedermatology.com is fantastic, but her practice is insanely busy and if it's a medical, rather than cosmetic item, her office does not take all insurance. I know she takes Horizon.

I adore Dr Rabber- she's been great with me- listens- gives options- has a great personality-sorry you didn't enjoy her- what I look for in a doctor is someone who gives me all my options

Check out Dr. Bruce Heller. He may take your plan (not sure) and he's a great dermatologist.

Dunno any of these folks but if your insurance takes Donald Belsito at Presby (Atchley Pavilion, 12 th fl., 212-305-5293) I recommend him highly.

I went to Groisser years ago...after a few visits to his office in Verona...waited 1 1/2 in the waiting room & saw a different doctor each time...never again! I switched to Dr. Downie in Montclair.

The Dermatology Group. They have offices all over...Nutley, Verona, West Orange (I think). There is a Doctors Assistant in the Nutley office that is very good. You might not have to wait too long to see her.

If you make an appointment with the Dermatology group in any of their locations, be prepared to wait to be seen. I went one time as a first time patient - made "their earliest appointment" at their Nutley location and when I got there at 6 am there were 20 people ahead of me. I left after waiting close to two hours and was never seen. I recommend Dr. Chiumento. I believe he has his own office now but he use to work in the buildings on Newark Ave behind Clara Maass.

Dr Downie has a wait list but anyone of her PA are wonderful and VERY knowledgeable, treated my son fast and effective

I agree with the Dermatology Group. They have an office in Verona as well were I see Dr. Nossa. He is great, just be prepared to wait if you see one of the better doctors. I also like Dr. Bonney in the Paramus office, less of a wait there.

Is Milburn too far? Dr. Brock man-Bitterman. Highly recommend!

The Dermatology Group in West Orange and Verona is great, just don't go to the one in Nutley. They keep you waiting for hours because they book multiple people for the same appointment.

Highly recommending Westwood Dermatology Group. I second Mandy's recommendation of not going to the Dermatology Group in Nutley unless you want to wait for hours or have a doctor tell you to google what you have

I've found the Dermatology Group (Verona) to be one big info-mercial, always trying to sell us something. We never get without a wait,at least 20-30 minutes after our appointment. And we've had appointments with Nossa, only to have some tech see us. VERY unsatisfied.

Just took my two boys today. Dr. Massesa North Jersey Dermatology Center on Clifton Ave in Clifton.

Dr. Brown is awesome! The only problem is that getting an appointment with him is kinda difficult but they have other offices besides Verona if ur willing to travel. The other dermatologists in that group are all great but he has a great way with kids.
