Hi Nick. We just had Bornstein Sons fix our 1 st floor furnace for our rental unit. I think we just got HOSED!!!!!! So sad. I have been scrambling, with no time to research, and they charged me $632 to replace a hot surface ignitor. Sick kid, angry tenants - you go with the guy that answers the phone. So, here we are $632 dollars poorer when i think it should have cost us $200. So, keep these guys OFF of the list!

Jennifer D'Anna Salgado-go onto Pinterist and check out Ikea hacks also. The least expensive way to do this is to get a pre made item that almost fits, add trim, paint all the same color. It's amazing what can be achieved with a little creativity. Also if you check out Sarah Richardson design (she has a show on HGTV as well), she does this a lot of with Ikea and pre made shelves.
