TD Bank. Any of them.

TD Bank will notarize for free, for anyone. But their late hours are on Thursday and Friday (open until 8PM). Sorry, I don't know of any other places open late.

Thank you all for the suggestions of TD Bank .. however, I need this done TODAY and around 7 pm ... Every TD Bank in the area closes today around 5 pm (there is one in Newark that closes at 7, but I do not think I would get there in time) ... so .. Sadly the bank is not going to be able to help me. I personally bank at PNC and was denied there today because the document "has to be about banking" ... So ... Banks are a NO GO for today. I am looking for an individual that might be able to do it.
