I work for a real estate attorney in the city. When I purchased a property in NJ our office could not do it because we are not licensed in NJ. I used Charles Damian in Cedar Grove. 973-857-3300. He was awesome. BTW 1750 is high. 1200-1500 for a purchase is about right unless there is extenuating circumstances.
