Mike and and Jean Hutson with Colwell Banker, Lindsay Wasowicz at EXP Realty. Avoid Ryan Dallas, he was a jerk to a few friends who were selling, his tactics were quite slimy.

I'm a big fan of Danny Carcasson, I've worked with him several times and so have friends and always a good experience.

For as big as he is in this area, I would personally recommend that you stay away from Mark Bowers. Your mileage may vary, but I didn't have a great experience with him. He didn't even show up to the closing.

Dawn Peters. We met with her when we were considering selling our home. She was professional, informed, very likable. She seems to have an historic home niche in case older homes are of interest to you.

Use Steve Stevens with RE/MAX. He sold the old Jewish worship center on Gridley in 30 days and sold a duplex in 21 days with 14 inches of snow on the ground this last winter. Oh that's me! Seriously find an agent your happy with and price your home to sell. The market is slowing down and remember another agent will probably be working with a buyer who will buy your home.
