Things that have helped myself and a few others that rolled with me since my diagnosis in 22 yrs ago. Acupuncture, Bach's Rescue Remedy for the roller coasters, Dandelion tincture, for water retention, Turmeric Ginger Mint tea in hot weather. And allow yourself the freedom to be true and self caring.

Hey Maryll, So sorry to hear about your cat. We really don't have an Holistic Vets in town. Which is a shame. There is a good one is Bargersville, Dr. Cindy Baker. You can go to their web site & check her out. A 45-50 min. drive.I've gone there a few times & really like her. Also my reg. Vet at Combs does Acupuncture, Dr. Pruett. But I don't consider her holistic. I can look up the web site & let you know or just google Bargerville Vet. hospital. Best of luck to you.
