Agreed on children's lighthouse, also apple tree is great! Depending on your location, I may just go with which is a more convenient drive/has openings. I've great things about Mini Texans in Leon springs and that's where our pediatrician sends her kid. Apple tree is the cheapest of the three if I'm not mistaken with the same security measures and level of care.
